Former Managing Director, Titan Company Ltd.

Bhaskar Bhat is a highly respected figure in Indian industry, most notably recognized for his extensive tenure and transformative leadership at Titan Company Limited. An alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Ahmedabad, he began his career at Godrej & Boyce before joining the Tata Watch Project in 1983, which later evolved into Titan Company Limited.

He served as the Managing Director of Titan Company Limited for nearly two decades, from April 2002 to September 2019. Under his guidance, Titan expanded significantly, diversifying its product portfolio to include not only watches but also jewelry (Tanishq), eyewear (Titan Eyeplus), and other lifestyle products.

His strategic vision played a pivotal role in establishing Titan as a leading and admired consumer lifestyle company in India. Mr. Bhat continues to contribute to various corporate boards, including Tata Sons.
