Disclosure w.r.t investments in securities of entities in accordance with Clause 17.17 of SEBI Master Circular for Mutual Funds dated June 27, 2024

As per the Clause 17.17 of SEBI Master Circular on Mutual Funds dated June 27, 2024, Asset Management Companies shall ensure scheme wise disclosure of investments, as on the last day of each quarter, in securities of such entities that are excluded from the definition of associate.

As of now, the said clause is not applicable to HSBC Asset Management (India) Pvt. Ltd. and hence the disclosure w.r.t the above is ‘NIL’.
