I have never been on diets. I eat everything—in moderation, of course.

But I exercise every day. Exercise goals only work when backed up by good habits. How do I know? Because I've done it.

We spend most of our day doing some routine, so it might as well be good ones. In money matters, it could be putting your bills on auto-debit, always learning something new, always saving one-third of your income, and most importantly, investing for the long term.
[00:41] Hansi:
A little bit every month. Habits and compounding work both in health and in wealth. So, develop a good habit. Be money confident.
